The goal of ALM is to ensure that every employee is clearly aligned with the top business priorities, supporting our growth plans, and feeling both productive and supported. Please join us in our various forums for communication to ensure you are clear on our plans, our 2018 results, and the strengths we are bringing into 2019. Change is difficult for everyone, however, those who engage in dialogue with leadership (either within their own teams or by reading Insights and participating in town halls) tend to understand what is happening and why.
