- absolutely narcissistic leadership team - too much politics on keeping your job based on being in the 'good books' - too many changes in too little time - claims to still be a startup of less than a year while being operational for ~4 years - horrible pay - disregard for customers within strategy changes - claim to be customer obsessed but not really - white expats paid considerably more than Africans (regardless of location) - favouritism in leadership selection - disregard for overall staff well-being while overworking them - there is a payment system of 'low-cost motivated talent' where only hiring 'passionate people' who take pay cuts and having empty promises of increased pay
