Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your opinion. While we are sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience at our company, we would like to clarify a few things for you. As far as claiming we are commission only, as you stated we have what is considered a competitive base salary with bonus incentives for our employees, and this base amount is guaranteed. We do not expect our employees to work for free, and certainly not go through their training for free! We pride ourselves on being completely transparent throughout our interview process so that our potential employees are fully aware of their daily expectations and what to expect of us. We are unsure of how this miscommunication occurred and would like to remedy this. Furthermore, we are a legitimate marketing firm that handles multiple clients, and while you share that you left on your second day of training with us, it seems we did not get the chance to share all that our company has to offer beyond the entry-level role you applied for. We are also a little confused as to what you believe is a "scam"? We would like to extend the opportunity for you to reach out with any other grievances directly to our HR Department, at hr@amgmanagementsolutions.com and we would be happy to resolve them.
