The management team are propaganda experts

The company is shambolic. Many years of cash burn that they take no steps to stop. No direction or strategy. Clueless People Revenue drops and losses increase. Incompetent people are employed time and time again to replace the people who leave. Not able to provide good quality service to customers Management in every place are no good or obsessed with Brands and products that are commodity sales and going nowhere. The good people are all long gone. Too many CEOs and CFOs etc. have come for a short time then left to keep count of. Do your research, look at the finances, avoid the pain, there are other jobs at better places

nothing much culture is not conducive to personal or professional growth, no bonus or aws too.but if ur desperate for a job and happened to land in here it’s crucial to set boundaries and not expect mentorship or support. Most learning will be self-driven, and it’s advisable not to stay too long.

Cons

If you are used to corporate ways, this isn't for you. Unorganized operational flow..Managers focus on pleasing upper management rather than solving real organizational issues. Key hires,, lack the necessary skills or understanding of whats is really happening, HR contributes to the issues. Office Politics is a normal thing in this company.
