Not a downside! - But If someone joins from a heavily 'relaxed' or from a 'easy-going' environment , prior to AOT - they might feel here like a bit rush in the beginning- only in the beginning! . Because as I told above 99.99% employees are highly dedicated, highly focused on their work. Also, if someone joins from a 'heavy hierarchical' environment , they might feel like its bit unstructured here. Since there is no 10 level reporting structures - you can talk directly to Directors, if something you feel awkward! Which is not a 'con' for me.
