It's just not a place for career growth. Sure, if you did well you would have been asked to take on a new role or promotion, but the scale of growth opportunity was VERY small. The ability to do more and be more was always there but never invested in. Management also failed to deal with HR issues effectively. They did nothing to correct bad behavior.
