      Pros

      Annual bonus to employees. Lot of overtime due to systems not working.

      Cons

      Too many managers. Softwares applications don’t work. Too many things go wrong. Slow decision making.

      Pros

      ARI really is a great company to work for. It has top draw benefits including monthly dinners, rewards scheme and a Caribbean holiday for the highest performing bum lickers. I say this because, one could have been the hardest worker, but unless your friends voted for you, you didn't get nominated.

      Cons

      As with most companies that are taken over. Dust covered furniture (employees) whom are unable to move on due to lack of ability and confidence are prevalent here. Stories of the good days are rife. Bullying was a major issue during my employment. There were also rumours of Drug abuse, which included a story of a well respected manager overdosing on Heroin in the disabled toilets.
