Experience working here is a lot different to what you were told at interview stage. No support, no work life balance, you are in fear of your job always, no suitable training, no earning potential. Would not recommend

The Managing Director is rude and unsupportive, not willing to make any changes and speaks down on his employees, he will do anything to try and save a bit of money and doesn’t care about his employees. The 2 years I worked here I had a face to face conversation with him twice, he doesn’t make an effort to get to know his employees let alone so hi to them on the stair well. The culture is absolutely shocking , admin and consultants are constantly fighting one another the same with other offices. The salary is very low and there is no suitable commission structure. Avoid this company at all costs it is a horrible place to work.
