ASE in Bangalore (India) Current Employee ProsIn the bus-- Big circle of oldies chitchatting about what the've done at work today........ In the office--Same oldies blabbering of their family and not doin work...... Cafetaria--Discussion about oncoming projects which they know is not comin......Still more Yeah...........life's fun here

ConsThe impression you have about your employer is what you have about your immediate manager. Putting aside all the other facts about an employer, at the end of the day , your job satisfaction is purely based on the people around you and kind of work(project you are in). Well, I would say, there are some sections/projects in this company which make you feel like "Cursed".
