Warning!! Little to no recognition, poor morale, poor leadership, over worked, poor employee retention leads to excessive work by existing staff to keep up with the amount of work underway. Lack of transparency by IT directors and management. Excessive meetings. More project managers than staff to complete the work. Performance review process does not take into account quantity or quality of work or amount of after hours work required. Virtually no training process in place for IT unless it comes with system upgrades. Native hiring preference leads to hostile work environment as natives criticize non natives because they want more native hires in higher positions.

Managament is joke. They are always drunk or high on whatever.. This is not a joke. They show up whenever they please . They change rules on a whim confusing everyone. The fire people for only doing what they are told to do THAT DAY then the next dat the rules chancge, Upper management is in Alaska and are either clueless to what is going on down here or they dont care. Also, if you are not part of the IT clique then you are ostrasized, made fun of, blamed for things that you did not do and management could care less. Just stay away.
