      Pros

      All ways busy and very professional. Happy work force always helping each other and other departments working together. Senior management always available to discuss any problems.

      Cons

      Working too many hours. Bonus was never more than 2% in all the time that i worked for ASRY. Getting the contractors to work in a safe way was always a hard process.
