      Terrible business practices, revolving door.

      Pros

      Decent workload, fair compensation, good benefits, generally nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Pretty terrible technical skill level across the board. You will get onto projects that have been botched and ask what the history is or what happened only to hear that nearly every single person involved is "no longer with the company". The problem here is that the company acts as a "good old boys" club for the old timers that are just waiting out retirement. All the management team does is throw people at problems and if it doesnt work out it appears they fire everyone. No notice, no paper trail, no severance. They take "Right to work" very seriously. Company routinely lets good talent go to protect bad decisions and low technical skill.

      Some teams better than others

      Pros

      If you're a Controls Engineer in Cookeville TN, this is one of your few choices in town. Some team leaders are better than others. If you have to live/work in Cookeville and you can stand the negatives, you can make good money here.

      Cons

      Too many hours. Unethical business practices. Management doesn't care about employees, they pretend to listen but, it's really all about the bottom line. 1st quarter 2018, the company is losing people quickly. Poor decisions by certain team leaders is costing the company people, money and projects.

      Soul Destroying Place

      Good pay, good benefits, generally nice people.

      Cons

      For Controls Engineers, this place is soul destroying. Management expects more-more-more. More hours, more effort, more results, particularly on projects that have been poorly quoted.
