Management is terrible: more than 100 people left the company since early 2017 Company is in permanent project mode: no vision, low innovation Salary negotiation starts only when you quit You are whipped and have to work at night when something fails, but get no reward when you over-achieve No culture, no corporate value Some teams were simply "erased" in a few months without explanation, creating a disastrous work atmosphere
