ATIS is a great place to work, I've been with them since 2014. The team has grown so much since then but throughout the country we all work very closely with each other. We're in 40+ states now & offer a variety of elevator review / compliance services to our clients. ATIS offers great benefits packages, full time & part time hours, flexibility to work from home when needed, paid holidays & PTO.
Cons
Due to the nature of the industry, we are always busy. It's a fast pace job that requires people to pay attention to what they're doing and be able to effectively deal with people of all sorts of demeanors for a variety of circumstances to assist them through the process no matter what side of the process they're a part of (Elevator company office staff, field staff, HOA board members, etc.). There's never a dull moment & the days tend to fly by, even through the pandemic, we continued to remain busy.
