I love working here! The work-life balance is amazing.

Cons

Opportunities for career progression could be better. It's not clear what I can do to progress to the next level of my career. Also, everyone is nice but some people can be cutthroat at times.

Pros

There is a great hard-working culture but also a good work/life balance. The managers and leadership are fantastic! Everyone is friendly, innovative, fun, family orientated and flexible. The company has an amazing outlook, with diverse work and opportunities.

Cons

The long hours and politics can make it seem like hard work. The Internal processes make for challenging work. Opportunities are becoming less frequent.
