      Pros

      Working in the Entertainment Industry for good pay

      Cons

      They use the high salary and your dream to work in “the Biz” like a noose around your neck and hold your job over your head like a dangling carrot. If you enjoy being fake, butt smooching, and employers who think it is 1955 then this is the place for you. Don’t forget your inevitable termination if you bring up any sort of conflict (I’ve seen this happen to multiple people). Watch out. The positive reviews on here are just free marketing from the company.

      Nice office, friendly co-workers, generous benefits, inside scoop of the films, family oriented, convenient location, fun environment, great company culture

      Cons

      typical hollywood environment and personality, you know what they say fake it til you make it... trust no one but yourself.

      Snacks and free lunch were great until COVID

      Cons

      Extremely clique based business. Friends of the presidents and their chums behave like typical Hollywood producers would. HR is a joke, you can't even begin to have a conversation about the toxic environment without fear of termination.
