- Technology Development is Excellent - Knowledge enhancement based on the future -Practical Knowledge will be improved on every new approach, Increased logical thinking - Will get hands-on in multiple domains -Communication skills will be improved a lot. -Best place to learn, grow and earn
Cons
- No work life balance -Should not take leave -Should not ask project switch else you will be terminated - Should not deny the lead/HR statements you will be fired - They will offer many services and leisure time. But You should not avail any services provided by company and forced to work on all festive times. - You should say your opinion or ideology but must be prepared for your mental health as they won't consider it.
