I have been with this company for more than 5 years now that has been transforming for me. I have seen this place grow from 15 people to hundred+ now. This place is for doers. There are long termers within the company who started as trainee like me and have a lot to say about this company’s culture and why we are still here. I saw a few discontent ex-employees using this site to irk others and hence I felt the need to say something here now. These are the ones who Tried to steal code but were caught. Tried to poach clients but were unsuccessful in delivering projects. Proving talk is cheap :). The comments of few senior employees are the one’s who have not got a job for 2 years after leaving this place.

Good work environment and many opportunities to work on latest technology. The real time training period is awesome. The thing that I liked the most about company is that they understood what each one is capable of, and they were able to stay in sync with each at all time. Thumb rule practices is quite fantastic.(i.e) following a different methodical approach Design First and Development Next. Each stage is approached with extreme care and attention to detail, No matter its tiny or big issue companies Tech Experts & co-workers guidance at its BEST. There is no hierarchy on level of employee everyone has equal priority. There is no hassle on tabling your opinion or points to the Management.In-fact they welcome those people with both hands.
