      Pros

      Good for companies that do business with AWI. You get a paycheck. Good to self learner. I like the property owners great staff and gave us more attention then AWI upper management.

      Cons

      Upper management doesnt care for lower staff, company is cheap and all about saving. Good employees get no raises or even just a dime, they offer no training and expect everything within a miracle, too many employees are clueless, better opportunities can be found elsewhere

      Paid Time, Sick Time.

      Cons

      Everything Else- As another employee mentioned- The upper management only wants to save so they can get their bonuses. They don't like for funds to come out of operating ever. No bonus for PMs or other at property staff. No raises. My wage didn't even include an apartment and I made less than the low income tenants did. They are horrible. I would never recommend working for them. Oh and they don't train you. They expect you to do it on your own.
