Great people with much experience to learn from. Good atmosphere, team work, willingness to help. Company is looking for talented individuals with potential (problem solving capability is more important than nitty gritty details of technology) - thay pays off after a few years in company.
Cons
Main product with some technical debt, becuse of the size of it, there are areas where the debt is difficult to be paid back.
