No reasons at all. The worst place I’ve ever worked. The current CEO is a bully and completely out of his depth.

Cons

No flexible working. No mental health support. No team spirit, fun or enthusiasm. No direction. No strategy. No development. Everyone there wants to leave. The worst business I have ever worked in.
