USA corporate owned and it shows, redundancy every 6 months, A leadership team that do it their way and never finish a project or learn from past experience, lack of investment. The place is totally micromanaged and takes an age to get anything approved. An. Aging workforce due to lack of investment and apprenticeships unless your in Engineering
