Upper management obviously only cares about the rapid expansion of the company and little to nothing about employees, extremely low moral underneath the executive team. During the year I worked there multiple good people were let go with little to no warning. I understand we are in an at-risk state but that does not give you the right to treat employees like nothing more than a capital gain. Even forcing the SOC to run at low staff but make sure when clients visit everyone is there regardless of their agreed upon schedule.

No benefits Tedious work that no one else wants to do. Company has too many executives Company keeps hiring more upper level management and trys to take on way too much stuff that we don't specialize in and leaves employees trying to figure out how to solve stuff with no experience in that area.
