      Amazing Place to Work

      Pros

      Abdo is a thoughtful, intentional, and effective company. They are open minded and willing to change. They see the value of their employees and invest in building them up. The culture is one of genuine care for both clients and employees. Working at Abdo has been a phenomenal experience so far, and I’m excited to continue.

      Cons

      The only cons I see are the kind that exist in every workplace staffed by humans. I have not come across anything glaring.

      Genuinely care about their employees

      Pros

      Good communication from leadership, healthy culture, work life balance, growth mindset as a firm. Aside from all the added perks (1/2 day Fridays in the summer, healthy snacks, employee appreciation week, massages, free lunches...I could go on) what truly keeps me engaged and excited to continue to work at Abdo is the culture. I truly believe that people here care about each other and want you to succeed.
