Beautiful venue, efficient and dedicated catering staff and event managers, and multiple venue and catering options. The position as Ceremony Specialist is exciting and rewarding.
Cons
Unorganized, unpredictable, impolite and unfaithful management, dramatic and unnecessary gossip between staff and limited loyalty and allegiance to staff that has been devoted to their position.

Team work among the hourly staff is wonderful and the customer service for the client is exceptional. The venue itself is beautiful.
Cons
Illegal and unethical behavior of owners and upper management. Unfair business practices. Bad morale for lower management and hourly staff.
