Remote job, fun and friendly environment and so many extremely talented colleagues you can learn from Flexible working Great salaries

Cons

Not really a con, but like most start-ups its very fast paced and projects / tasks can be tweaked, tested and changed instantly so would suit agile professionals who really thrive working like this to get the job done.
