      Pros

      Quiet and nice to work with residents , clean and tidy place. Nice carpets and paper on the wall make you feel in prison full of brown bricks

      Cons

      Staff nurse low knowledge of nursing, arogant and selfish. No teamwork but to much hypocrisy. Care staff from africa very very very laisy and rude. African people are racists

      Good co workers, Enjoyable residents.

      Cons

      Care given to residents poor due to no staff. And not bc of pandemic but administration treats staff poorly so they leave!!!! Administration is clearly clueless to what is happening on the units.
