there are no pros you will ghet in truoble for doing your job like your are suppose to.
Cons
they like to use the trem retraining when they think you dont know what your doing. they have no respect for you or how hard you work. they even talk to you ;like a dog telling to stand and sit like your in the milltary,

Cons
This company is ran 24/7 so holidays are worked but they do offer holiday pay if working any of the holidays.
