      A learning experience of how not to treat one's employees.

      Pros

      Good entry level job. You may get your foot in the door at a government agency.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Compensation is considerably lower than market value. Feedback from managers on your performance is far and few between. Turnover is extremely high, corporate staff was replaced annually. Unethical and illegal practices used in areas where compliance should be the utmost importance. Family owned and the drama spills over into the work place, nepotism is rampant. I would not recommend Absolute Staffers to my worst enemy.

      Very poorly run company. Management has no idea what they are doing. Company constantly in crisis mode they never get ahead of the curve. Decisions are not based on any sort of reason but on feeling at the time. Personnel in senior positions they are not qualified for. Company exhibits very high turnover. They have turned over their entire staff three times in two years. No one has been at the company for longer than a year.

      So many to list. Highly unethical family run business who treat there employees extremely poorly. Turnover in management rampant!!! Owners are clueless and have no business knowledge or education. Wages are well below market avg plus a nasty and mean mother/daughter ownership equals one horrible place to work. Don't let them suck you in with there false promises!
