Stressful, poorly managed. Staff worked to the point of burnout. Fake approach to flexibility.

Pros
- Fellow studio team members very nice people on a whole. - Some interesting clients.
Cons
- Bad working practices, making it extremely hard to do the job. One person expected to do about three job roles, with no recognition. - High turnover of staff for obvious reasons. - Clients get wholly ripped off. - Staff worked to the point of burnout. - Extreme manipulation within a very top-heavy hierarchy. An aggressive/egotistical style of management from the highest level managers. - Unpredictable work day based on mood of management. - Virtually zero employee trust. - Fake approach to flexible working/working from home/time off. If you are not working non stop, then you are questioned and blamed.

Pros
The whole team are passionate and friendly, everybody is determined to work collaboratively to meet deadlines, help clients and most importantly, help each other! It is a fun working environment where I gained lots of experience.
Cons
I left before the gym equipment was installed!
