Pros
Great training school with a solid reputation. The owner/CEO was extremely knowledgeable about the business and was open to change and new ideas. The salary and benefits were extremely generous. The offices and classrooms were located in Class A buildings. The company had very little turnover. Everyone worked as a team to get the job completed. I truly enjoyed my 15 years of employment at AcademyX!
Cons
Employees were allotted 15 to 20 PTO days per year. Thus, your vacation, holidays, and sick days all came out of the same bucket.

Pros
The comfortable setting, the communication from the branch manager(s) and other instructors (for shared classes), the snacks and beverages in the kitchen, pleasant branch staff as well as pleasant students, competitive pay rates and opportunities to select which classes you want to teach. It was always a joy working with students who actively WANTED to be there and to learn as much as possible.
Cons
Some of the pre-made content was out of date and required significant prep work to make up-to-date prior to actual class time.
