      Pros

      Great learning opportunity and flexibility Management encourages career growth and are very supportive Good choice for freshers because of the learning curve they achieve here I would also like to mention that you are doing a great job by encouraging talented people. Access has given an opportunity to many talented people (few of them are my colleagues) who due to some reason could not get a job for years or people who had taken a career break and wanted to start off again!

      They don't react to ur call and mails. No value for employees. Dont join here.. better you do some course and join directly to company rather than this consultancy

      There is nothing good ion here rather than hell for graduates or employees join here.Please better be without job instead of joining here.

      This is a family business the entire company is run by there own family people and relatives ,Any employee joins here he just dies with politics ,they have cameras to do micromanagement and not professionals ,take contracts and certificates from employee and do bond laborers with mental torcher and critisicum.You want to die then join here.They black main to give experience letter and most of them have not got experience letter and they block list you without any valid reason they make you walk around for money when you plan to leave.
