      1 hour lunches, have some great supervisors and admin staff

      Cons

      No incentives, tough to get bonus, micro managing, 2 Saturdays a month

      We are growing rapidly and are adding staff every month. Associates no longer work Saturdays unless one falls on the last day of the month.
