The owners of the company try very hard to make everyone happy. In doing so they fail to value the core values of their company. The owners hire relatives, which causes confits as these relative are not held accountable and they do as they please. The owners employ management who practice the same unethical behavior. If you are Hispanic you can survive working in the corporate office in Hallandale as they will accommodate you as if you were in your native home. If you are anything other, prepare to be humiliated as you are expected to know their language and participate in their functions, where no one speaks English. You will also be forced to deal with nepotism, and if you say anything about it, your concerns won't be addressed by HR or anyone for that matter. The HR department is a joke, as well as some of the people working for this company.
