Pros

The firm appears to have effective skills in false image cultivation as many of the previous GENUINE negative reviews have been reported/removed. If you are a narcissistic and egoistic individual with no desire to progress within the accounting field, you will fit in well here with like minded employees. If you miss high school, Accru is the place for you - the drama, gossip, cliques and maturity of staff is like being back in school.

Cons

Accru felsers is the most UNPROFESSIONAL professional services firm I have ever had the displeasure of working at. The environment is so toxic that HAZMAT suits should be mandatory workplace attire. Every day at Accru Felsers is April fools day as the firm is the biggest running joke. The "culture" at Accru involves abuse, harassment, bullying and micromanagement of staff - a culture which is instilled and even encouraged by managers and partners at the firm. Conditions are reminiscent of a sweatshop (high pressure, unrealistic expectations and unreasonable unpaid overtime) and the pay is extremely low compared to similarly sized firms. Also don't expect to ever be able to WFH - the firm does not allow this due to the need to closely watch/micromanage staff. There are also no staff perks. Many staff either don't pass probation or are otherwise quietly /mysteriously removed from the firm due to not fitting in with the "culture". Turnover is extremely high - probably due to the aforementioned reasons. If you have any shred of self-respect, a functioning moral compass, or any desire to progress within the accounting field STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!
