However, we recognize that our culture may not resonate with everyone. The company currently has many hybrid positions for which employees may work remotely. Unfortunately, with some positions, that type of arrangement is not practicable based on job duties. We understand that compensation is an important part of job satisfaction and would like to clarify a point mentioned in your review. Our compensation structure is regularly assessed against industry benchmarks to ensure it is competitive and equitable. ATS purchases tools to obtain market salary data from independent sources to ensure we are competitive to our industry, company size, and region. Currently, we are proud to say more than 90% of our employees are paid within the 50th to 90th percentile of their benchmarked range for their role within ATS. Thank you again for your feedback.
