      None unless you enjoy making people searching for employment lives a misery

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, management force you to alter background information to fit a companies wishes, and even omit supporting/mitigating information if it doesn’t fit into accurate timescale or objective with their customer company. They publicly state everything is checked for accuracy when this is never the case and try to hide behind GPDR

      Was great before was acquired

      Cons

      When the Brighton office was Vero Screening it wasn’t the best but now it’s owned by an American firm and it’s awful. If you dont report into the Americans then it likely means they’ll make you redundant. If you do, you’ll be ignored and patronised. They do not have their 'stuff' together and won’t listen to new ideas. If your company is acquired by Accurate start looking elsewhere.
