Upper management does not and will not ever care about you personally. They have this screw your personal life; I pay you-do what I say type of mentality. Working at the other locations besides the stillwater location are easier to manage as you may not be directly breathed upon by Upper management, but no no worries, you will still be micromanaged via phone and email and every random physical meeting when they show up once or twice a year. There is no work-life balance at this company.
