      The main pros are the salary is on time. Support of senior faculties is good. Good opportunities for learning.

      The cons are there are very less leaves you can take. Sometimes I have worked on Sundays also. Suddenly they ask you to shift to some remote area outside Bangalore and expect you to say yes.
