The only pro is that it is a remote position.
Cons
You will be micro managed, you do not get clear direction, you can't have a voice and if you try to use it, expect to be fired without warning. Good luck working here if you have any responsibilities in life.

Great benefits package, unlimited pto and company culture!
Cons
They didnt have good office space while I was there because of lack of resources. But now I heard that they just opened up offices in NY and Boston
