      Pros

      Company culture is second to none. Very supportive and friendly co-workers Remote flexible working learning and development encouraged

      Cons

      I have worked in a few recruitment companies and really struggled with the sink or swim number crutching environment. Acelr8 is the opposite of that and allows recruiters to truly impact the startup industry. I have no cons to working here whatsoever

      A company that really cares

      Pros

      + Fantastic culture with a team of leaders that really care + Flexible working arangement + Opportunity to work some of the most exciting start ups in Europe + Clear growth plans + Opportunity to get involved in projects outside of talent acquisition + A down to earth CEO who is always approachable and values your opinion.

      Cons

      Cant think of any cons at this stage, most of the issues I would have highlighted have been taken care of. Acelr8 has really invested in hiring the right people to take the business from marketing to People and Culture. The value of this is starting to come through.
