Not sure where to start broken promises , management lie to employees , any benefits that were given gradually taken away one by one , like birthdays off , annual leave days , 4 day weeks management are toxic , have their favourite list goes on.

Toxic management. No training or support given when needed. Their systems and processes they use are not functional and make the job harder than it needs to be and take even longer to do. Management make promises and never keep them or deliver, they do it to make you not leave then go back on their word. Huge staff turnover which says everything really. No other benefits bare minimum holiday, they take days off you for Christmas no gifts for birthdays etc , no bonuses and expect you to do post completion work for staff that have long left there for no extra pay or thank you. Values there are a con they don’t stand by them
