Pros
A lot of hours available. Once on a delivery run they leave you alone. Best to get paid hourly, otherwise you work for less $/hr
Cons
Most rrucks are very used, some drivers are slobs, the company will not back you up if you get a ticket. That is all on your dime. Must keep track of your hours or some dispatchers will run you ragged. If you get hurt or damage anything they automatically assume it is your fault. Don't expect to get reimbursed for damaged personal equipment.

Pros
Flexible schedule. Fleet of international pro stars with about 250k on them at the time of this review. Lots of hours available. If dispatch tries running you illegal, the safety department will have your back big time.
Cons
No overtime pay, only straight time. Office workers don't communicate efficiently. No company match 401k. Health benefits are so so. As a company they aren't very organized, but that same characteristic makes them very flexible at times so it's kind of a wash in that regard.
