A lot of hours available. Once on a delivery run they leave you alone. Best to get paid hourly, otherwise you work for less $/hr

Most rrucks are very used, some drivers are slobs, the company will not back you up if you get a ticket. That is all on your dime. Must keep track of your hours or some dispatchers will run you ragged. If you get hurt or damage anything they automatically assume it is your fault. Don't expect to get reimbursed for damaged personal equipment.

Pays on time And Good dispatch.. They keep you working.

Had 8 years with Action Express. No major complaints or issues..Had my first major complaints in 8 years, a shipper tipped a skid, not my fault. Shipper said take it to receiver anyway as they will break it down anyway.. The receiver complained. The owner of Action did not call me to get my side of the storey and assumed I was guilty. On a Saturday of a long weekend during the pandemic I was told I was fired for the complaint.. I had a meeting with the owner a week later resulted in no resolution. I could not beleive I was fired on a long weekend during a pandemic without cause.. I wasted 8 years there. This company has lost control of it focus and has no relationship with customers or drivers.. Keep far away. Avoid them like the plague. A total internal dictatorship by owner. The additude from owners is not something you want to deal with every day.. I was a loyal dedicated driver and now I warn everyone that Action is a loss cause. I would suggest everyone go elsewhere.
