Atmosphere, Training, Assistance when struggling, and fair treatment. I've worked in various fields and for an even wider range of employers and this company actively shows you they care about you as a person not just a body filling a position.

Cons

I would say my only CON is that I don't live closer to be able to see the great folks I work with.
