Thanks for bringing it to our notice. We are sorry if you faced a situation as you have mentioned. All we expect from you is to deliver the best during these 4 busy months. The other 8 months are mostly fun. Every organisation expects the person to deliver during the few busy days and when few do not deliver for whatever reason, the burden passes on to the other colleagues which is unfair. Some rules are made not with an intention to penalise people but with an intention that facilities are not exploited by some and others suffer because of that. We are a very employee-friendly company and we have always heard the voice of our people and have evolved with the suggestions from our team only. Please don't let this one instance overshadow the other good policies and practices that we follow. And whenever there is such an instance or any other problem, please feel free and discuss the same at the office. We are always open for discussions and suggestions.
