While there are some pretty subjective reviews up here that may or may not relate to actual employee experiences, on the whole Acumentis is a company with great people and a leadership team that genuinely cares about its employees. Take the recent announcement of a revamped benefits program which includes 4 weeks of paid parental leave (regardless of gender), payment of a one-off lump sum into the superfund of the primary carer after they return to work, counting the period of unpaid parental leave towards entitlement to long service leave, and a return to work “bonus” for primary carers to help with the additional costs during the first year of having kids... And as someone who recently went through parenthood, Acumentis even honored this retrospectively. That really means a lot to me! So take the negative reviews with a pretty big grain of salt...
