      - Amazing team, really wonderful people work here - Strong engineering team (~half the company is engineering) with leaders from Instacart - Free food and snacks - Amazing remote working policy

      Cons

      - Current office is cramped, need to upgrade - It's a grind. Everyone works really hard and everyone is held accountable. Stay away if you're not all in for that startup life.
