      Why you should join. 1. If you want to learn about sales of eCommerce companies across industry. 2. If you are able to negotiate a decent package. 3. If you want to learn about D2C performance marketing. 4. If you're a lazy person & don't know what to do in life.

      Cons

      Why you shouldn't join 1. If you're looking for work life balance,work life balance is a myth here don't go on positive reviews for this. Clients will soak all the passion out of you & will make you work late night & even on holidays. 2. You don't get to learn other aspects of business except the team you're working in. 3. If you have prior experience & passionate about growing at a fast pace.

      Zero WLB, extremely bad management

      Pros

      Good set of clients, big brands and the learning curve is pretty steep.

      Cons

      Extremely bad WLB, there are times when work pops up during the weekends and the clients do not listen to any push backs that one does. Very toxic, some people end up spending more time in politics than actual work.
