- Great product with a strong value proposition - Interesting technical challenges and a modern technology stack - Strong customer focus, offering great opportunities to deeply understand customer pain points - Excellent perks and benefits - Amazing, supportive teams, with strong opportunities for collaboration across different teams, especially where projects intersect with other teams’ products or features - At the time I was there, the company had very talented employees across all teams
Cons
- During my time there, I noticed that many very talented people left the company - There were unexpected large-scale layoffs shortly after a very expensive company offsite, which gave the impression that the decision may have been influenced by broader industry layoff trends rather than company-specific performance
